Return Process

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully roll the rug and wrap it in its original protective packaging or a heavy-duty plastic equivalent to ensure it remains clean and undamaged during transit.

  Arrange Collection

  Once your request is approved, we will book a courier to collect the item from your doorstep or provide you with a prepaid drop-off label.

  Quality Check & Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned rug to ensure it is in original condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
